Happiness In Heels Day 16: Lonliness

Happiness In Heels Day 16 - Lonliness

Many people are under the impression that being alone means you’re lonely; they are not the same and affect our happiness differently.
Loneliness is an unpleasant feeling of isolation, disconnectedness or abandonment. Loneliness is a complex emotional response which affects people in many ways. We feel lonely when we can’t communicate or connect with other people. This means you don’t necessarily have to be alone to feel lonely, especially if you’re surrounded by people who do not understand you or you don’t feel comfortable communicating with.
This is why some married women still feel single and alone. By God’s creation, we are social and need communication and interaction with others on some basic level for survival.

Find peace with God.
